RJK Ventures LLC

1. Overview

RJK Ventures LLC (“Armory Racks,” “MAG|Coupler,” “Armory Tool,” “RJK Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this online store hosted on Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services.

By visiting this site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. New features or tools are also subject to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes here. Your continued use of the site means you accept the changes.

2. Age & Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this site. Minors may use the site only with consent from a legal guardian.

For certain products, we may require you to verify your age or identity, and we may decline to complete a sale if we cannot verify eligibility under applicable law. Some products may only be sold to customers who are at least 18 or 21 years old, as required by applicable law. We may use third-party age-verification services for this purpose.

3. Product Use & Legal Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all local, state, federal, and international laws that apply to purchasing, possessing, using, or importing our products.

For U.S. customers, you must know and follow applicable firearms and accessory laws in your state, county, and city.

For international customers, you must know and follow your country’s import, customs, and firearms-related regulations.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order if we believe fulfillment would violate any law, regulation, or policy, including restrictions on firearms, accessories, or related products in your jurisdiction. If we cancel an order after billing, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

We do not provide legal advice. Consult a qualified attorney for legal questions.

4. Shopify Platform

Shopify provides the e-commerce platform, hosting, and payment tools. Shopify is not responsible for our content, products, or customer interactions. See Shopify’s Privacy Policy for their practices.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws or regulations, including:

Infringing on intellectual property rights
Transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful code
Collecting personal information without consent
Spamming, phishing, scraping, or abusive conduct including harassment or discrimination

We may terminate access immediately for violations.

6. Orders, Billing & Account Information

Provide accurate, current, and complete account and payment information. We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected reseller activity or duplicate orders.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Returns are governed by our Return Policy.

Certain items, including but not limited to MAG | Coupler™ products and any items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable,” are not eligible for return or refund except where required by law. See our Return Policy for details.

6B. California Sales Restrictions & Compliance Cancellations

Certain products sold on this site are subject to state-specific sales restrictions, including California Assembly Bill 1263 (AB 1263), effective January 1, 2026.

Orders containing restricted products that list a California shipping address may be refused, canceled, or limited to ensure compliance with applicable law. Such orders will not be fulfilled.

If an order is canceled for compliance reasons after payment has been processed, we may issue a refund less a reasonable cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing fees and administrative handling costs, as disclosed in our Store Policy.

Shipping eligibility is determined based on the shipping destination, not the billing address. Shipping addresses for restricted products may not be modified after checkout.

By placing an order on this site, you acknowledge and agree to these restrictions and any related fees as described in our Store Policy.

6A. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We ship orders to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you when we deliver the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier, customs, or other third parties, but we may assist you in filing a claim with the carrier at our discretion.

You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees on international orders.

7. Products & Descriptions

Certain products may be available online only and in limited quantities. We try to display product colors and images accurately, but displays may vary. We may limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction and may discontinue products at any time.

7A. Product Function, Safety & Legal Compliance

Our products, including MAG | Coupler™, Armory Racks®, and Armory Tool™, are non-firearm accessories intended for lawful sporting, storage, organizational, and display purposes only. They are not firearms, frames, receivers, or firearm-manufacturing devices and do not modify or enhance firearm operation.

1. Functional Limitations
Products such as MAG | Coupler™ do not alter a firearm’s rate of fire, firing cadence, or cycle speed. They do not increase magazine capacity or the speed of reloading or replacing magazines. They are designed solely to connect, store, or organize magazines and do not enable or facilitate the unlawful manufacture, conversion, or modification of any firearm.

2. Compliance Obligations
Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including California Assembly Bill 1263 (2025) and any successor or related statutes or regulations. RJK Ventures LLC does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of product ownership or use in any specific jurisdiction. By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge responsibility for lawful use consistent with all governing regulations.

3. Representation of Intent
All marketing, demonstrations, and instructional materials are for informational and educational purposes only. RJK Ventures LLC expressly disclaims any intent that its products be used to alter firearm performance or to violate any law or regulation.

8. Third-Party Tools & Links

Access to third-party tools is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Third-party links may lead to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or policies.

9. User Submissions

Ideas, comments, or feedback you submit may be edited, used, or published by us without compensation. You warrant submissions do not violate third-party rights and do not contain unlawful or harmful material.

10. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

We may correct errors or update information at any time without notice, including after an order is submitted. We are not obligated to update information except as required by law.

12. Disclaimers

The site, services, and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. We do not warrant that products or services will meet your expectations or that errors will be corrected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RJK Ventures LLC and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages, including lost profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs, arising from or related to your use of the site, services, or products. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations; where prohibited, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RJK Ventures LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

16A. Severability & No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and RJK Ventures LLC regarding your use of the site.
