Shipping Information
We process orders as quickly as possible and ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.
We ship internationally when no restrictions apply to our products. Please email us for a quote.

All international VAT, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us prior to shipment if you have questions. We do not pre-pay or cover the cost of any international import requirements.
Please include your exact shipping address and the items you would like to purchase, and we will send you an electronic quote or invoice payable by credit card or PayPal.
We ship to the address provided at checkout. If items are returned as undeliverable, we are not responsible for costs associated with re-shipping. You will be invoiced for re-shipping costs only, and the order will be re-shipped once payment is received.
If you provided incorrect shipping information, contact us prior to shipment and we will attempt to modify it. Any fees associated with a return or re-shipping due to incorrect information are the buyer’s responsibility and will be invoiced prior to re-shipment.
If incorrect shipping information prevents delivery and we do not receive corrected details or payment for re-shipping, the order may be canceled and refunded minus a 5% fee (minimum $4.00).
Lost or Damaged Shipments
All orders include tracking once shipped. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when the order is transferred to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
If a shipment arrives damaged, retain all original packaging and notify us within five (5) business days of delivery at orders@rjkventures.com so we can assist with a carrier claim. Carrier claims may require photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If tracking indicates “delivered” but the package cannot be located, the buyer is responsible for contacting the carrier to initiate a claim. RJK Ventures LLC will assist where possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement once the package is confirmed delivered by the carrier.
We recommend selecting a secure delivery address and monitoring carrier updates. Signature confirmation or insurance may be available upon request before shipment.
Order Cancellations
Once a shipment tracking notice has been issued, the order is considered shipped. Orders may be canceled prior to shipment only.
We incur variable, non-refundable transaction fees for each order placed. As a result, all canceled orders will incur a 5% fee (minimum $4.00).
Returns and Exchanges
In reasonable circumstances, returns for non-warranty reasons may be permitted for Armory Rack® products (excluding Magnet Hangers) but must be requested by the buyer within 10 days of the original shipment date shown on the invoice, and items must be unused.
There are no returns for Armory Tool™, MAG|Coupler™ magazine couplers, Magnet Hangers, or accessories.
Armory Racks must remain in NEW condition and in the original packaging to be accepted for return.
To return an item, contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a detailed reason for the return. A 20% restocking fee applies to all Armory Rack products.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
If a promotion offered free shipping or discounts via promo code, it applies only to the original shipment. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns, and refunds will be reduced by any initial promotional shipping costs incurred by RJK Ventures LLC.
Credits or refunds for authorized returns will be issued within 10 business days of product receipt after verification that the product is new and unused. Used products shipped back to us will not be eligible for refund and will remain the buyer’s property.
No warranty is implied or given to Scratch & Dent items. These products are sold AS IS and cannot be returned.
