Refund policy

Shipping Information

We process orders promptly and ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to the address you provide. Please ensure it is accurate. If an item is returned as undeliverable, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs. Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping information may be canceled. Refunds for canceled orders are subject to a 5% fee (minimum $4).

International Shipping

We ship internationally where legal restrictions allow. All VAT, duties, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not pre-pay or cover international charges.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once a tracking number is issued, the order is considered shipped and cannot be canceled.

Canceled orders incur a 5% fee (minimum $4) due to non-refundable transaction costs.

Returns and Exchanges

Armory Racks (excluding Magnet Hangers)

Returns may be accepted if requested within 10 days of shipment and only if approved in advance. Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in original packaging.

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, calculated on the total cost of sale. Refunded amounts exclude all shipping charges, including the original outbound shipping.

Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers must provide valid tracking for all return shipments.

Armory Tools, MAG|Coupler™ Magazine Couplers, Magnet Hangers, and Accessories

No returns accepted.

Scratch & Dent Items

Sold as-is. No returns or warranties are provided.

If a promotion offered free shipping or a discount, it applies only to the original shipment. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges. Refunds for authorized returns are issued within 10 business days after the item is received and verified as unused. Items returned used will not be refunded and remain the buyer’s property.
