Why am I seeing this banner?
This banner appears when California-specific sales restrictions apply to certain products. Due to current California law, some items cannot be sold directly online to California shipping addresses.
What happens if I place an order with a California shipping address?
Orders that include restricted products and list a California shipping address will not be fulfilled.
The order will be reviewed and canceled. Any refundable portion of the payment will be returned to the original payment method, less a $5 cancellation fee.
This fee covers non-refundable payment processing charges and the administrative time required to review, cancel, and reconcile the order. This policy applies regardless of billing address, customer location, or order intent.
Which products are affected?
Products classified as firearm-related accessories regulated under California law, including magazine couplers, are not available for direct shipment to California consumers.
Other products not covered by these regulations remain available.
Why can’t these items be shipped directly to California?
California Assembly Bill 1263 (AB 1263) imposes licensing, recordkeeping, and transaction requirements on online and remote sales of certain firearm-related products to California residents.
These requirements affect how and through whom those products may be sold.
How can California customers purchase these products?
Affected products are available through authorized California FFL dealers.
A list of participating dealers will be published on this site.
What if my preferred dealer is not listed?
If your preferred California FFL dealer is not listed, they may contact us to become an authorized dealer:

We are actively expanding our California dealer network.
Does AB 1263 affect ownership or make couplers illegal?
No. AB 1263 does not change the legality of owning or possessing magazine couplers in California.
The law regulates sales channels and transaction methods, not product ownership.
What does AB 1263 actually regulate?
AB 1263 primarily regulates online and remote sales of certain firearm-related products and the compliance obligations of sellers.
Will you offer online sales to California customers?
Yes. We are actively evaluating compliant ways to offer online sales to California customers, in addition to sales through authorized FFL dealers.
Online availability will only be enabled once all applicable legal requirements are met.
Can I ship to a non-California address?
Orders are evaluated based on the shipping destination. If the address is outside California and the product is lawful there, the order may proceed.
Will you notify customers if availability changes?
Yes. Updates will be posted on our website and may also be shared via site notices or email.
Where can I learn more about the law?
The California Rifle & Pistol Association (CRPA) has published an informational bulletin explaining AB 1263:
